Aviator Sports and Recreation is located within Floyd Bennett Field an 800 acre decommissioned airport which is part of Gateway National Recreation Area. 1.1 million people visit Floyd Bennett Field annually.

Objective: To assist an investment group in the pre purchase evaluation, acquisition and post acquisition restructuring of an existing multi venue sports facility.

Solution Provided: RDW assisted ownership in the acquisition and was hired to be part of the executive management team of Aviator Sports and Recreation after it was purchased. During its first year of operation, RDW provided on-site, full-time staff and worked with ownership to develop and implement:
