The NHL wanted to provide a unique team building experience for its corporate partnership with inDemand. For their annual sales meeting, the NHL hired RDW to conduct a "Got Skills" competition for the members of the inDemand/NHL staff. Without prior knowledge the staff members were bussed from the conference center to an ice rink in Southwest Florida where they were provided with NHL branded helmets, gloves, sticks and rental skates. Divided into teams, approximately 40 staff members took part in the "Got Skills" competition. A "Got Skills" staff member accompanied those who were new to skating, guiding them through the five competitions.
