Because of our experience managing youth sports organizations, we now offer program management as part of what we do. Program management includes the following areas: Full time Program Management If you have had difficulty managing your organization we can provide a turn-key program that places our employees on premises to manage the day to day operation of your sports program. This allows you focus on what you do best and is important to you. Part time staff to help you run your sports organization We allow you to outsource to our staff of experts in the area of marketing/fan development/web services. This can include design, technical, marketing, administrative and on-the-field staff (i.e. coaches, trainers and team managers) Consulting engagements For a consulting engagement the end result is usually a written assessment of what your organization does well, where it needs attention and the steps that can be taken to improve it. We have experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit area and have included a profile of one of our full time program management clients, Ice Hockey in Harlem, below. Ice Hockey In Harlem is a non-profit community based organization for youth that uses the sport of hockey to promote academic achievement, responsibility, teamwork and good character. The objective of the organization is to provide inspiration, encouragement and guidance to children leading to better life experiences, education and career opportunities. Since 1987, Ice Hockey In Harlem has enriched the lives of more then 1000 inner-city boys and girls. The IHIH program has been an enormous success, but had recently run into management challenges. RDW Sports Marketing's Program Management Services were retained to help create, manage and staff a new "on ice" program, which will enhance the program benefits to IHIH's participants. For nearly two decades now, IHIH has helped thousands of youngsters learn a sport that would otherwise be financially unavailable to them. More importantly, through its educational and community service components, IHIH has given its participants the tools to succeed in their schools and as solid citizens in their communities. RDW Sports Marketing is proud to be affiliated with the IHIH program and is excited about our continued role in the growth of the program and the experience of the kids who participate. |
